Karnifex is the cursed uniform that brings the worst side of a man to the surface, adapting to his darkest, unmentionable urges and making them true.

Wild West Karnifex (also known as KowBoy Karnifex) took possession of the young son of a Federal Marshal (or a Ranger?) and a Native American woman, turning the friendly kid into a deadly gunner.
Raping the same women that his father and his uncle swore to protect from the abuse of the white men, Wild West Karnifex is just waiting for the chance to challenge his own father in a quickest-draw contest.
For the moment, though, he's just happy to wait for the night, sneak out of the firecamp, don the leather mask of Karnifex and have his actual clothes transformed into the Karnifex suit. That's when the slaughter begins.
Yes, the everyday clothes of the kid are actually a disguised version of the Karnifex suit: in the Wild West, there was just no way to carry around a backpack for the full Karnifex suit without rising suspicions.
How the kid manages to remain so sunny and charming, even if he spends the whole day wrapped in the Karnifex curse, is truly a mystery of its own.

Karnifex è l'uniforme maledetta che porta alla superficie il lato peggiore di un uomo, adattandosi alle sue pulsioni più oscure e indicibili, rendendole reali.

Il Karnifex del Selvaggio West (noto anche come Kowboy Karnifex) si è impossessato del giovane figlio di uno Sceriffo Federale (o un Ranger) e di una Nativa Americana, trasformando l'amichevole ragazzo in un letale pistolero.
Stuprando le stesse donne che suo padre e suo zio hanno promesso di protegger dagli abusi dell'uomo bianco, Karnifex attende solo l'occasione di sfidare il padre a chi estrae la pistola più rapidamente.
Per il momento, comunque, è pago di attendere la notte, sgusciare via dall'accampamento, indossare la maschera di cuoio di Karnifex e lasciare che i suoi abiti si trasformino nella tuta di Karnifex, per poi entrare in azione.
Ebbene sì, gli abiti quotidiani del ragazzo sono in effetti una versione camuffata della tuta di Karnifex: nel selvaggio West, non c'è modo di andarsene in giro con uno zaino contenente l'intero costume di Karnifex senza destare sospetti.
Come il ragazzo riesca a restare così allegro e affascinante, anche se trascorre la giornata avviluppato nella maledizione di Karnifex, è davvero un mistero.
