This is our most complex and ambitious installment in the Outrageous Disguise Trilogy.
Here is a complete guide to our project, a sort of "behind the scenes".

The title comes from a Misfits' song: Pizzazz and the others may not be featured in out Trilogy, but they still make their presence felt.

Panel 1 is set during Season 3 of "Beast Wars": the Maximals have moved their base inside the volcano that hosts the Ark and Cheetor has already gained his Transmetal 2 form.
They have access to whatever technology available inside the Ark... Hound's holo-emitters included.
The Big Monkey Boss is Optimus Primal.

Panel 2 is set some years before the first episode of "Jem" and focuses on the events told as a flashback in the animated series: Emmet Benton (Jerrica's father) is working on the machine that will one day become the supercomputer Synergy.
Emmet will program Synergy with the personality of his deceased wife, Jacqui.
Now, we know that Synergy's fabulous features are based on Autobot technology (holographic emitters) and Maximal robotics (the low-level AI).

Auger, the friend of Emmet, is an archeologist (and a former boxeur) that very soon will join the Earth Corps to defend our world from "The Evil That Lies Within", in the animated series "Inhumanoids".

In Panel 5, Hound finally recognizes the holographic emitter that is the focal point of our story.
Jazz, the Autobot resident expert in alien cultures, digs our pop music a lot.
On the screen, Jem And The Holograms are singing their not-so-notorious "Believe/Don't Believe". The song features The Stingers as well (even if we don't get to see them): this is why the sequence is set in 1988 (and not before).
We picked this specific song because, coincidentally, it contains the Transformers' catchphrase "More Than Meets The Eye": events have come to a full circle!

Per il nostro tassello più complesso e ambizioso della Trilogia "Outrageous Disguise", ecco una guida che rivela i segreti del "dietro le quinte".

Il titolo vienes da un brano delle Misfits: Pizzazz e le altre non appariranno nella storia, ma fanno comunque sentire la loro presenza.

La vignetta 1 è ambientata durante la Stagione 3 di "Beast Wars": i Maximal hanno spostato la loro base dentro il vulcano che ospita l'Arca e Cheetor ha già acquisito la sua forma Transmetal 2.
Avendo accesso a ogni genere di tecnologia presente nell'Arca, possono per esempio tentare di sfruttare quella dei proiettori olografici di Hound.
Il Grande Capo Scimmia è Optimus Primal.

La vignetta 2 si svolge qualche anno prima del primo episodio di "Jem" e si concentra sugli eventi che la serie animata narra in forma di flashback: Emmet Benton (il padre di Jerrica) sta lavorando sul macchinario che un giorno diverrà il supercomputer Synergy.
Emmet programmerà Synergy con la personalità della sua defunta moglie, Jacqui.
Ora, sappiamo che le incredibili caratteristiche di Synergy sono basate su tecnologia Autobot (proiettori olografici) e robotica Maximal (la Intelligenza Artificiale, o AI, rudimentale).

Auger, l'amico di Emmet, è un archeologo (e un ex pugile) che molto presto si unirà agli Earth Corps per difendere il nostro mondo dal "Male Che Giace All'interno" ("The Evil That Lies Within"), nella serie animata "Inhumanoids".

Nella vignetta 5, Hound finalmente riconosce il proiettore olografico che fa da trait d'union delle sequenze della nostra storia.

Jazz, che è l'esperto Autobot in culture aliene, è un appassionato della nostra musica pop.

Sullo schermo, Jem E Le Holograms stanno cantando la non propri celebre "Believe/Don't Believe". Il brano è realizzato insieme al gruppo degli Stingers (anche se qui non li vediamo): per quest motivo la sequenza è datata 1988 (e non prima).
Abbiamo scelto questa specifica canzone perchè, per coincidenza, contiene il motto dei Transformer "More Than Meets The Eye" ("Più di ciò che appare"). Il cerchio degli eventi si chiude.
