NOTES
As you may have noticed, Fabian is not quite used to being Karnifex; in his brief career, he hardly killed anyone, aiming more at getting rich than satisfying other urges.
However, the guy was chosen as the new Karnifex because of his sadistic streak: even without being Karnifex, he loves inflicting psychological torture to a bound, helpless victim.
"The Skeleton Killer" was the working name of the Karnifex character.
