As the Rubberman is finally killed, the suit deflates as a ballon: once again, the comic does what the tv series never did, just for the fun of exploring possibilities.
The extra bit about the suit-- still being able to move-- is related to its nature. The tv series featured a real-life rubber suit, but in our comic the suit is something more... supernatural.
